Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want to keep our classes running smoothly for everyone.
This policy helps us respect our instructors’ time and offer the best experience to our community.
1. Single Class Pass Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time to receive a refund.

Refund amount = full price paid minus a 3% processing fee (covers platform and bank transaction fees).

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.

If the studio cancels a class (due to inclement weather, instructor emergency, or other studio decision):

The pass holder may choose:

Full refund with no processing fee, OR
-
Credit for a future class (credit is valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation; unused credit expires after this period).

Instructor changes: The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors at any time without notice. Instructor changes are not considered class cancellations.
2. Membership Plan Cancellations & Refunds

Membership plans (Level One, Level Two, Angel, Duo, Family, Squad) renew monthly by default.

Members may turn off auto-renewal at any time through their online account. It is the member’s responsibility to manage auto-renew settings. Step-by-step instructions are available here and sent via email at the time of enrollment.

Refund requests for membership charges must be made within 24 hours of payment AND only if no passes have been used in the current billing cycle.

Refund amount = full price paid minus a 3% processing fee.

No refunds after the 24-hour window, regardless of pass usage, except in cases of proven billing error by the studio.
3. Pass Allocation for Memberships

Level One: 4 passes per month

Level Two: 8 passes per month

Angel, Duo, Family, Squad: Unlimited passes per month

Passes reset monthly and do not carry over to the next month.

Exception: Passes may carry over for 1 month only when the studio cancels a class.
4. Studio-Caused Cancellations (Memberships)

If the studio cancels a class that a member is registered for, the pass used will be credited back to the member’s account.

This credited pass will have a 1-month extension from the date of cancellation.

Instructor substitutions are not considered studio cancellations.
5. No Exceptions to Cancellation Windows

The 24-hour cancellation requirement is strictly enforced for both single class passes and memberships.

Exceptions will not be made for illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances, as instructors’ schedules and studio payments are committed at the time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS
If paying in person, we accept cash and payments through Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
Paying online can be done with most major credit/debit cards.
